Chesterton Academy of Buffalo accepts applications for both freshmen and transfer students on a rolling basis. To be considered for merit-based scholarships and to maximize eligibility for financial aid, we strongly encourage submitting your application by January 31. Applications can be completed online or downloaded and mailed directly to the school.

During the application process, our Headmaster or Admissions Director will meet one-on-one with you and your student to develop a customized academic plan, explain the enrollment process and answer any questions you may have. Please click on the button below to apply today.

Enrollment & Re-Enrollment

A $250 registration fee is required for each new or returning student and is applied toward the annual tuition of $9,100. To ensure your spot and have the fee credited toward tuition, please complete your enrollment—including submission of the form and payment—by March 1st. All materials can be submitted conveniently online.

Tuition & Fees

Chesterton Academy of Buffalo is committed to offering an outstanding high school education at an affordable cost to families. Tuition for the 2025–26 academic year is $9,100 per student, with an additional $275 book and activity fee.

Chesterton Academy of Buffalo is committed to making a classical, Catholic education attainable for families. We offer financial aid and can connect families with scholarship opportunities beyond our school. The following scholarships are available for the 2025-2026 school year for either new freshmen or current students:

  • Russell J Salvatore Scholarship partnered with Chesterton Academy for high-potential students with economic need. Same student may receive up to four years in total.
  • Bison Fund – offered independently through Bison Fund application process.

Students will be invited to compete for a $1,000 4-year scholarship offered to one incoming freshman that achieved high honors in both 7th and 8th grade (as indicated on official school transcript), submitted a superior writing sample and applied prior to January 31st.

Students who live within a 15-mile radius of Chesterton may qualify for busing through their home public school district. A transportation application must be submitted each year and is subject to district approval. Families outside the 15-mile radius are responsible for their own transportation, though many coordinate carpools. Please contact the main office for more details.
